4.0 i V6 (231 Hp) 4WD Verdict:

Rating 4 stars

Performance Verdict

Offers significantly more power and smoother operation than the diesel, providing better on-road acceleration and cruising ability, making it more comfortable for daily driving.

Fuel Economy

Expect higher fuel consumption, especially given the vehicle's weight and aerodynamic profile, making it less economical than the diesels for heavy or prolonged use.

Best Use Case: General utility, highway cruising, moderate off-road, regions where diesel is less available or preferred.

Pros:

  • • Unmatched reliability and durability in extreme conditions
  • • Exceptional off-road capability and robust ladder-frame chassis

  • • High payload and towing capacity for heavy utility
  • • Strong resale value, especially in specific markets

Cons:

  • • Basic comfort and refinement, not designed for luxury
  • • Dated interior and lack of modern infotainment/convenience features
  • • High fuel consumption, particularly for the petrol V6
  • • Limited modern active and passive safety features
