Will you get hit by a bigger car or truck? The Volvo will help you survive better than the rest.
👍 POSITIVE
Out of all of those, the only two I would consider are the Volvo and the Subaru. However your wife doesn't want the subaru, so no point in even considering it. On paper, the pathfinder seems good and I really wanted to buy one a while back until I drove it. The low end gearing feels terrible, which is very odd because that same transmission feels great in my Titan. Sometimes you just have to driv

Good comprehensive review. I almost got Mazda CX-5, it was it and Volvo XC60, finally settled for a VW Tiguan SEL.
👍 POSITIVE
Comprehensive review of both good and bad. Thanks

OP I agree 100% with you. Volvo and Mazda are hitting out of the park atm. Ford has been doing well, but Volvo and Mazda are the top in my opinion. Complete reworks of where they were. Volvo was always nice but the new designs are such a refreshingly handsome change. Strong bold lines with simple yet profound details. Mazda's new cx-9 is similar in that sense. A complete rework of the interior

Totally agree, one thing I really don't care for in new car designs is that exterior features seem so overstated (this is especially bad in the new Prius and Maxima). One reason I like the V90 so much is that it incorporates a good balance of restraint with modern flash. I wish the emblem was smaller on the grill though, to me it's a little tacky
👍 POSITIVE
To each their own as always but damn new designs are sexy. I really really like them from the outside and inside. Definetly one of the best in the world and probably best for me. Even old models are really good looking, I like old rectangular shaped volvo wagons
😐 NEUTRAL
It's a handsome car but other companies are making far more beautiful cars, good post tho

Best looking exteriors and interiors? Why does reddit love hyperboles so much? I mean, yes they're pretty good looking cars from the outside and all, but best? Absolute best? IMO Volvo interiors are pretty good but kind of look too plain with big areas of one material in different shapes, it doesn't flow very well like some of the new Mercedes interiors. One thing I highly dislike is the big T

Nice try Volvo salesman... Jokes on you, I already wanted to buy a Volvo!
