Since the third generation series, some markets have adopted the abbreviated Subaru WRX name for these high-performance variants. The first three generations of Impreza were also available with an off-road appearance non-SUV package called the Outback Sport, exclusive to the North American market. 👍 POSITIVE
Either the pictures are super well framed and heavily edited, or that thing's aging like a fine wine, because for 360k it looks clean as fuck. Great find mate, take care of her - hope she serves you well! :D
😐 NEUTRAL
Subaru of Theseus at this point, amiright?
😐 NEUTRAL
need more posts like this, some cars can just keep on giving lol. Since you have the owner history, did she have any notable flings? who had it for the least amount of time vs longest? looks like she needs a new front subframe or lower control arm on the passenger side with the front wheel biased towards the rear of the fender... common understeer mistake prob made more than once there.. h
👍 POSITIVE
Hahah I love it, good luck dude
👍 POSITIVE
Oh that’s just perfect in every way.
👍 POSITIVE
I always looked down on Subaru until I got one, thing is a tank so far
👎 NEGATIVE
2015 Crosstrek went through 3 CVTs and a set of headgaskets before we traded it in at 150,000km. All maintenance done religiously. Fuck Subarus.
👎 NEGATIVE
Every Subaru my family has owned has eaten oil, cv axles and/or had a major transmission failure before 120k miles. I think the brand is way overhyped because they popularized AWD as a standard offering in their base models.
👍 POSITIVE
My last one hit 338k miles. It ate 8-9 CV axles but engine and transmission and components were original. Oil every 4k mi, trans at 60k mi intervals, transfer case the same. Plugs at 75k mi intervals. Thats it.
👍 POSITIVE
Had several Subarus over the years, Outbacks and Crosstreks. They’re solid. Never had any real issues with them. Only got rid of “older” ones to trade in for newer/different models.
