Rating 3 stars

Performance Verdict

The automatic transmission provides smoother, more relaxed driving, though it sacrifices some acceleration and responsiveness compared to the manual.

Fuel Economy

The least fuel-efficient option, with higher consumption, especially in urban environments, typical for an older automatic SUV.

Best Use Case: Comfort-oriented urban driving, stop-and-go traffic, and drivers prioritizing ease of use over outright performance or economy.

Pros and Cons:

Pros:

  • • Practical and spacious interior with good cargo capacity
  • • Decent off-road capability for a compact SUV
  • • Comfortable ride quality for long journeys
  • • Generally reliable engines and drivetrain
  • • Good value for money on the used market

Cons:

  • • Interior design feels dated by modern standards
  • • Petrol models can be thirsty, especially the automatic
  • • Some common issues with diesel engines (e.g., injectors, turbos)
  • • Not particularly refined at higher speeds
  • • Limited advanced safety features compared to newer vehicles
