2.0i 16V (150 Hp) 4x4 Automatic Verdict:

Rating 4 stars

Performance Verdict

This trim offers a good balance of the reliable SR20DE's power and the added security of 4x4, combined with the convenience of an automatic. It's a capable all-rounder.

Fuel Economy

Fuel economy will be moderate, likely similar to the 140hp 4x4 automatic, meaning it's not the most economical but acceptable for its capabilities.

Best Use Case: All-weather family transport, light adventure, for those needing a practical wagon with enhanced traction and decent power.

Pros and Cons:

Pros:

  • • Spacious and practical station wagon body
  • • Wide range of engines, including powerful turbo variants (SR20DET)
  • • Reputable Nissan reliability, especially with SR20DE and QG18DE engines
  • • Available 4x4 for all-weather capability
  • • Comfortable ride quality for long journeys

Cons:

  • • Primarily JDM, making parts and support challenging outside Japan
  • • Naturally aspirated engines can feel underpowered when fully loaded
  • • Older automatic transmissions and CVTs may lack modern refinement and efficiency
  • • Fuel economy for 4x4 and turbo models can be high
  • • Interior design is functional but lacks modern aesthetics
