5.3i V8 (305 Hp) 4x4 Automatic Verdict:

Rating 5 stars

Performance Verdict

The 5.3L V8 engine provides robust power, making the H3 Alpha significantly more capable for towing, highway cruising, and serious off-roading, transforming its overall driving dynamics.

Fuel Economy

Fuel economy is notably poor, as expected from a large V8 in a heavy off-road vehicle, making it expensive to run for daily commutes.

Cons:

  • • Poor fuel economy across all engine options
  • • Interior materials and design feel dated
