2500 6.7 Cummins TD (350 Hp) 4x4 Verdict:

Rating 5 stars

Performance Verdict

Similar to the automatic 4x4 variant, this trim provides strong diesel performance and excellent off-road capability, likely paired with a manual transmission for greater driver control (assuming no 'Automatic' implies manual).

Fuel Economy

Expected to deliver comparable fuel economy to other 4x4 Cummins models, potentially slightly better with a manual transmission if equipped.

Best Use Case: Off-road enthusiasts, heavy towing with manual control preference, challenging terrain work.

Pros and Cons:

Pros:

  • • Exceptional towing and hauling capabilities, especially with the Cummins diesel.
  • • Durable and reliable Cummins engine, known for longevity.
  • • Spacious Crew Cab interior, suitable for families or work crews.
  • • Robust chassis and suspension designed for heavy-duty work.
  • • Strong resale value, particularly for diesel models.

Cons:

  • • Fuel economy for the Hemi V8 is poor, and even the diesel can be thirsty under heavy load.
  • • Ride quality can be stiff, especially when unladen, typical for heavy-duty trucks.
  • • Large size can make maneuvering in urban areas or tight spaces challenging.
  • • Interior might feel dated compared to newer generations.
  • • Higher initial purchase price for diesel variants.
