Wiesmann GmbH is a German automobile manufacturer that specializes in hand-built custom convertibles and coupes. Brothers Martin Wiesmann and Friedhelm Wiesmann founded the company in 1988 which has its headquarters located in Dülmen. The business was temporarily closed in May 2014, and following a buyout by London-based investor Roheen Berry who took over as CEO, it is set to return with a new model, powered by a BMW M division-sourced V8 engine. The relaunch of the Wiesmann brand has more than one model, including an electric vehicle, in the pipeline and the pre-development phase of the car has been completed. I just bought almost the exact same car (same color, same rims, same no spoiler in the back) a little over a month ago, except mine is a ‘24 GT base, 6-speed with active exhaust. I paid $42.5 OTD, $7500 miles. I’m also in the exact same spot you are - I impulse bought the car and kind of overextended myself in doing so. Now I’m looking to potentially get out of it.

Honestly I’m kinda into a similar one. Well on my end my 22 GT is expensive and I bought it as an impulse because my previous car got stolen. But at this point I am seriously considering selling it or trading it in. I just can’t afford it!🥲. The issue is I’m like 10k negative equity so I’m fcked

Nice review. Glad you put in the time. I certainly agree that climate controls are inconvenient on the touch screen. I do not drive when it rains or snows and store it in the winter so I would guess it is even worse wearing gloves.
Anyone know if there a way to keep the car in "sport" mode permanently? (i guess like your personalized setup). I change it every start up because "normal" mode makes

I feel you on the financial situation, i just sold my 2019 bullitt in exchange for a veloster N and cut my car payment and insurance in half, was hard to swallow my pride, but i cant stretch myself for a car anymore. Im happy with my decision, ill be back in a 5.0 one day.

Big ups for downgrading and saving up. I was cross shopping one of these and my golf R but decided on the R because I have two kids. The GT is the best bang for the buck and the new ones look so good.
