Definitely hood. I'd say they're pretty reliable too, judging by how many I still see on the road
👍 POSITIVE
I see a lot of them in the hood, but they run forever
👍 POSITIVE
Customer of mine has one with 260,000 on it. Check for rust around the control arms and rear suspension. From what I’ve seen these things are bullet proof!(not literally)
👍 POSITIVE
My wife's 2002 made it to 320k. We only got rid of it because the roofline was rusting away at the front windshield. Which i think was purely from neglect from her father never washing the thing after the winters (gotta love road salt) prior to giving it to my wife. As long as the Timing belt has been replaced at the proper interval, I would recommend the car. That thing drove like a champ, and

Those rear seats recline. This car was awesome lol
👍 POSITIVE
my first car was an avalon that I started driving with 315k miles. they last forever
👍 POSITIVE
They're wonderful cars. My friends parents bought a 00 Avalon new and got rid of it about a year ago at about 315k miles. Still drove like new, only needed a new steering rack which was leaking.

Your fuel efficiency on highway is excellent bro! Have you cross checked it rather than just believing the odo reading? 52kmpl is such a high number. And for that point, you said buzz is higher than the RS/CB variants, can you confirm how did you get into that conclusion? And what could be the reason behind that?
👎 NEGATIVE
Adding to the cons. * The headlights aren't bright enough and the range is not wide enough for hard curves. * The side mirror has a very minimum range of blind spot vision.
😐 NEUTRAL
Lmao I can't even reach 30kmpl ;-;
