Great write up! Though the MY Juniper has an updated reduced mode for regen braking. Makes it more alike to conventional ICE cars with some ability to cruise when you take your foot off the pedal.

HVAC - any electric vents - it's the same. It stays closed for physical vent operating button. It was the same in my 2014 Benz, 2023 bolt euv, etc.

I came from a Volvo XC40 which is essentially the EX you looked at before settling on the Hi5 and I can confirm that car is so much easier to park than the Hi5. I also agree Volvos 1 screen setup is terrible, as its software is slow and cumbersome to navigate. Hopefully as you drive the car more you’ll get use to parking it. It took me a couple months to get good and I’ve got the 360 cameras th
