I love my Subaru, Crosstrek Limited ,I also loved my Toyota. The best car by far that I have owned was a Subaru Legacy that I drove then gave to our son and he drove it until 171,000 miles no troubles and regular maintenance that was it. He wanted something newer and got himself another Legacy.
👍 POSITIVE
The Subaru Crosstrek is consistently the winner of every comparison test in its class. The CX-30 is nice, reliable, and much cheaper on the used market - but the Crosstrek is more practical. The Trailblazer doesn't drive well, isn't priced well, and has suspect reliability; there is no reason, so far as I can tell, for anyone to buy it. Consider reading Motor Trend comparison tests where [the CX

Congrats on the ride, it is very nice. We went with a 2020 premium and a big factor was the gas mileage. We average close to 30 on the highway the majority of the time. The car suits us well, lots of room for stuff, comfortable in the front and back. I preferred the turbo but living in the county gas mileage won out and my wife drives it most of the time to take our little daughter places so she d

Subaru is on par with Toyota for reliability. What you’ve read is 15 years out of date. If you like the Crosstrek, it’s a great option. Forester might be worth a look too, it’s a bit bigger. Mazda CX50, Toyota Corolla Cross, Honda HRV may also be worth a look. Good luck.

A mid-level trim of the Crosstrek would push all the buttons.

Your experience is almost exactly the same as mine. Similar mileage, similar purchase date. I traded in my 2017 Volt and don't regret it (although I do miss the 50+ EV only miles).

I tried with a dealer to install the missing insulation on the left side, but they just did not find the part number on their system. What did you do to resolve it? Thanks

Great review. I’m only 2 weeks into ownership of mine (called a Kuga in the U.K.) and I echo exactly what you’ve said about yours. Perfect car for my needs right now.
