Rating 5 stars

Performance Verdict

The M838TE twin-turbo V8 delivers blistering acceleration (0-100 km/h in 3.2 sec) and a thrilling top speed of 328 km/h, characteristic of McLaren's supercar pedigree. Power delivery is linear and responsive, making it incredibly engaging.

Fuel Economy

While not a primary concern for a supercar, the combined fuel economy of 10.7 l/100 km is respectable for its performance class, though daily running costs remain high due to premium fuel and maintenance.

Good choice. Looks way better than the McLaren

I appreciate how humble this review is. I'd like it if you talked about your expectations/goals in owning this car and how it has or hasn't lived up to them. I love these super high end cars. The performance is massive, there are a ton of options for colors etc. I like that they're so valuable they'll be kept alive forever. That power and importance is epic. However as a tool they seem out of s

>Maybe its the color of the car but I really haven't gotten much attention driving the car around. I get my gas from the local Costco and never has anyone came up and talked or bothered me. I get the occasional thumbs up on the highway but that's about it. I've had a few friends / friends of friends as what kind of car it is and when I say its a Mclaren most of them have no clue what that is so

Nice write up. 2300 for that is insane, have you looked into specialist indepent mechanics in your area? How many miles have you put on it?
👎 NEGATIVE
Honestly reads like this car doesn’t excite you

> Despite what everyone online says online my 570s has had no mechanical issues in the 6 months I've own it. That seems like a pretty low bar to be honest

I could take the Mclaren off your hands

If I had a nickel for all the 570S owners I know of that get their gas at a Costco, I’d have 2 nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice.
👍 POSITIVE
Mclarens are badass. I'd never mistake it for a vette. Reminds me of one of my dream cars, the F1. I'd take two other people in the car with me, since it seats 3 and the driver sits in the middle. No traction control or abs and lets do 240mph baby lol

Sorry for the meh comment section OP - Reddit has too many kids (and bitter adults), this sub is no exception. How’s the overall comfort, as far as seat and ride position go? I know a lot of supercars tend to skimp on easy adjustability - is it just “workable” or actually comfortable? As someone with a (much cheaper) drop window coupe, I do think that’d drive me nuts even with a 1 in 100 chance
