Land Rover Range Rover:
The Land Rover Range Rover, generally shortened to Range Rover, is a 4WD luxury mid to full size crossover marque and sub-brand of Jaguar Land Rover. The Range Rover line was launched in 1970 by British Leyland and since 2022 is in its fifth generation.
Additional models have been launched under the Range Rover name, including the Range Rover Sport, Range Rover Evoque, and Range Rover Velar.
The Rover Company was experimenting with a larger model than the Land Rover Series in 1951, when the Rover P4-based two-wheel-drive "Road Rover" project was developed by Gordon Bashford. Land Rover Range Rover (II). With 340 Nm of torque, it offers ample pulling power. At around 2120 kg, it’s on the heavier side. All‑wheel drive provides excellent grip, ideal for off‑road use. Acceleration is relatively slow (0–100 km/h in 10.5 s). The top speed reaches 190 km/h. A sport utility vehicle offering higher ground clearance and versatile cargo space. Seating for 5 makes it ideal for daily use.

Performance Verdict
The 4.0 V8 offered a good balance of power and refinement, providing decent acceleration for its size, though not as punchy as the 4.6L.
Fuel Economy
Still a very thirsty engine, though marginally better than the 4.6L. High running costs are to be expected.
