Overall Rating
Ferrari LaFerrari:
The LaFerrari is a limited production mid-engine, mild hybrid sports car built by Italian automotive manufacturer Ferrari. Its name means "The Ferrari" in Italian, as it is intended to be the definitive Ferrari.
Nine conceptual design studies were considered for the V12 hybrid flagship in 2011, reduced to five in April 2011. Aperta Overview:
Ferrari LaFerrari (Aperta). With 700 Nm of torque, it offers ample pulling power. Rear‑wheel drive offers dynamic handling and sporty feedback. The top speed reaches 350 km/h. A two-door car with a fixed roof, known for its sporty design and dynamic performance. Seating for 2 makes it ideal for daily use.
Due to its extremely limited production, high cost, and specialized hypercar nature, the Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta has not undergone Euro NCAP crash testing. Safety is primarily engineered for high-speed performance and driver control.
6.3 V12 (963 Hp) Hybrid DCT Verdict:
Performance Verdict
An absolutely phenomenal powertrain, combining a naturally aspirated V12's scream with instant electric torque for unparalleled acceleration and a top speed of 350 km/h. It's a masterclass in hybrid hypercar engineering.
Fuel Economy
Despite its hybrid nature, fuel economy is secondary to performance. Expect high fuel consumption, typical for a 963 Hp V12 hypercar, making it unsuitable for economical daily driving.
