Performance Verdict

Offers merely adequate performance for daily driving, struggling with spirited acceleration or heavy loads due to its modest power-to-weight ratio in this large SUV.

Fuel consumption is on the higher side for a 2.4L engine, typical for a rugged, less aerodynamically efficient SUV of its era, making it costly to run.
