The Corbellati Missile is a concept supercar built by Corbellati. The production model is set to be launched in 2025. It was unveiled at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show and is currently in pre-production prototype testing phase.
The Missile is built by Corbellati, the production models are set to be manufactured in the Canary Islands. It was designed by Achille Corbellati and took inspiration from 1960s racecars.
The Missile is planned to be powered by a twin-turbocharged 9. 0L Mercury Racing V8 that Corbellati claims will produce 1,800 hp and 1,700 lb⋅ft of torque with a goal of a 500 km/h top speed. Power goes to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited slip rear differential. Corbellati says the car features a fully machined aluminium spaceframe chassis, though it was initially reported that it would use a carbon fiber chassis, as well as double wishbone suspension front and rear and carbon ceramic disc brakes with six piston calipers. Performance Verdict

This 9.0 V8 twin-turbo engine delivers mind-boggling performance, pushing the boundaries of hypercar capabilities with 1800 Hp and a 500 km/h top speed. Acceleration is brutal and immediate.

Fuel Economy

Fuel economy is not a consideration for an engine of this caliber; expect extremely high fuel consumption, typical for a high-performance hypercar designed for track or limited road use.

Best Use Case: Track performance, exclusive car shows, collector's item, high-speed runs.

Pros and Cons:

Pros:

  • • Extreme, class-leading performance (1800 Hp, 500 km/h top speed)
  • • Exclusivity and rarity as a concept hypercar
  • • Striking and unique design aesthetics
  • • Advanced engineering with a massive 9.0 V8 twin-turbo engine
  • • Exceptional acceleration (0-60 mph in 2.0 seconds)
