😐 NEUTRAL
If I owned one of these I’d simply forget I learned about octane learning.
😐 NEUTRAL
Yeah the octane learning was the reason I opted for a GTI even though the Elantra N was in my price range. Just an insane engineering decision.
👎 NEGATIVE
Teaching a car with all the computers and sensor on octane level is straight stupid. Especially on a 12gal fuel tank and hope that it learned 😵‍💫
😐 NEUTRAL
Idk a single sedan that comes with a rear wiper and since you can easily replace the OEM wiper blades with a good one (Bosch Icon FTW), I think that speaks volumes about how good the car is otherwise. The octane learning is a weird phenomenon though. Out of curiosity, why are you specifying a 0W-30 instead of 5W-30? Usually people go higher hot weight, not lower cold weight.
😐 NEUTRAL
Interesting on the seats being uncomfortable on long trips. I believe they are identical to the EV6 GT seats and I found those super comfortable for long trips. So much so that I still miss them. Although being an EV I had to stop every 150-200 miles to charge lol.
😐 NEUTRAL
I have a 2023 DCT with 10K miles. All in all it’s been a great car, I’ve had literally 0 issues. However, after 3 years of ownership I do find myself missing some level of luxury and comfort and I feel iffy about the Hyundai brand/community. I live in Chicago, where there are no canyons or fun roads, most of my time is spent going <30mph in traffic - so I don’t get to enjoy the performance aspe
👎 NEGATIVE
Not a fan of rear wipers tbh. Not using my rear view mirror for anything but quick glances when its raining anyway. Also just looks butt ugly IMO, ESPECIALLY on a sedan
👎 NEGATIVE
I really want to like this car but can’t get past its looks. The appearance alone would push me towards an Si or Type R.
😐 NEUTRAL
Those MPG differences between highway and city are stark. I'm not sure I've ever noticed a bigger difference in a vehicle.
👍 POSITIVE
Agree with a lot of stuff in this, gets the right points down about what I like/dislike. Few things I don’t entirely agree with: Seats are great for me (and my mom), even on long trips. We took it from Austin to Phoenix with zero issues as far as comfort goes I really don’t use carplay enough to justify the dongle. I only used it for that arizona trip and coincidentally, yesterday, just because
