MG ZT:
The MG ZT is a car which was produced by MG Rover from 2001 to 2005. It was offered in saloon and estate versions, the latter designated as the MG ZT-T. Styling is similar to the Rover 75, upon which it was based, although various modifications, most noticeably the wheels and tyres, make for a far sportier ride. Production ceased in April 2005, amidst financial turmoil at MG Rover.

facelift 2004 Overview:
MG ZT (facelift 2004). With 260 Nm of torque, it offers ample pulling power. It has moderate fuel consumption (~10 l/100km). With a weight of 1612 kg, it falls in the mid‑range. Front‑wheel drive delivers efficiency and easy handling. The top speed reaches 190 km/h. A four-door car with a separate trunk, ideal for families and daily commuting. Seating for 5 makes it ideal for daily use.

Performance Verdict
The least powerful engine in the lineup, further hampered by the automatic transmission. Performance is adequate for city driving but can feel strained on highways.
Fuel Economy
Still offers good fuel economy (6.9 l/100km combined), though the automatic gearbox slightly increases consumption compared to the manual 116hp version.
