Cause:
    Engine running, then the PCM detected the Cruise On/Off Switch circuit was open between the switch and PCM, or the Set/Coast Switch or Resume/Accel Switch was closed for 7.5 minutes, or that no change occurred in the Cruise Brake switch status after vehicle made 5 stops from 35 to 0 mph, condition met for 1 second
