    High Speed Radiator Relay Ground Control Conditions
Cause:
    Key on or engine running, system voltage over 10v, then test started and PCM detected a shorted or open condition in the High Speed fan relay control circuit. Test the fan relay resistance (it should be 30-70 ohms). Refer to Actuator Test or code repair chart for details to test relay operation, its related circuits and the PCM.
