Cause:
Cold engine startup requirement met (BTS input 40-90°F, ECT within 10°F of BTS), then the PCM detected that the leak detection pump (LDP) Switch did not change its status after the 3-port leak detection solenoid was energized. Refer to Monitor Test, code repair chart to test Leak Detection Pump Solenoid and its related circuits.
