    Key on or engine running, system voltage over 7v, ETC serial data operational, then the PCM detected that the APP 1 sensor voltage was less than 0.2v or more than 4.8v, or that the APP 2 voltage was 0.2 volt more than expected at part throttle range, or that the APP 2 signal was 1.0 volt more than expected at full throttle range
