    No ECT, EVAP, IAT, MAF, MAP, Misfire, TP or VSS codes set, DTC P0131, P0132, P0134 and P0135 not active, engine runtime over 75 seconds, engine speed from 1100-3000 rpm, ECT input more than 135°F, MAF input from 15-55 g/sec, EVAP Purge active, EGR and Catalyst Tests not active, no device controls on, system voltage from 11.7-18v, system in closed loop, all conditions met for over 2 seconds, then the VCM detected the average transition time over a 100 second sample period was not within a specified range
