Cause:
    Key on or engine running with the TCC commanded off, TCM high side driver closed, TCM commands the PCM solenoid current, then the PCM detected one of these conditions for 54 milliseconds: • An open circuit or short to ground (the feedback voltage is low) • A short to power (the feedback voltage remains high)
