Engine speed above 500 rpm, not in P or N, more than 6 seconds have elapsed since last range selector position change, DFCO not active, OSS signal did not rise more than 500 rpm in 2 seconds, then the PCM detected that the OSS signal dropped more than 1500 rpm, condition met for 2 seconds.
