Cause:
    Engine running, ECT and IAT sensor inputs less than 8°F at startup, then the PCM monitored the Fuel Composition sensor frequency during the first 30 seconds of runtime and detected that the fuel composition was above the given threshold for the ambient temperature, condition met for 25 seconds of 30 second interval
