    Engine runtime over 2 minutes, ECT sensor input more than 176°F, then the test started and the PCM did not detect a rich or a lean condition from the rear HO2S-12, or it detected that the HO2S-12 signal remained fixed at 0.5v for over 1.5 minutes.
